Terms of Service

1. What Aidle does

The extension monitors supported AI platforms for their “generating” state using DOM observation only. While generation is active, one slim sponsored line appears near the spinner. It disappears the moment the response arrives. You earn 50% of net ad revenue for each qualifying impression shown.

Aidle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any AI platform mentioned in the extension.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Aidle
  • If you are using a device owned by your employer, you are responsible for ensuring your use of Aidle complies with your employer's policies
  • Each person may maintain only one earning account. Operating multiple accounts to inflate impressions is fraud and will result in permanent termination.
  • You may only use the service where it is lawful to do so

3. Accounts

Creating an account requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, transfer, or share your account with anyone else.

You must provide accurate information. Aidle reserves the right to suspend accounts where fraudulent or inaccurate information is discovered.

4. Earnings and payouts

  • Revenue accumulates to your anonymous device ID in micro-cents (1¢ = 1,000,000 units; no rounding loss). Connect your device to an account at aidle.io to claim earnings.
  • Earnings accrue as a USD balance on your account. Redemption is not yet available — the redemption feature is under development and opens once your balance reaches $10. Balances are preserved until then.
  • You must be 18 or older to redeem earnings
  • The redemption mechanism (and the countries it supports) will be announced when the feature launches. Redemption may be provided as a gift card or other reward option (e.g. via a third-party rewards provider) rather than a cash transfer, at Aidle's discretion. If redemption is not available in your country, your balance is preserved until support is added.
  • Aidle reserves the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly earning caps to prevent abuse. Caps, if introduced, will be communicated in advance.
  • Aidle does not guarantee a specific earnings rate — it depends on advertiser demand and your usage frequency.
  • Tax obligations — you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earnings you receive. Where required by applicable law, Aidle may request tax identification information before processing payouts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Tamper with impression reporting (e.g. simulating fake spinners to generate fraudulent revenue)
  • Use the extension with automated tools, bots, or scripts
  • Reverse-engineer or modify the extension to bypass controls
  • Create multiple accounts to inflate earnings
  • Use VPNs or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions

Aidle uses automated systems to detect abuse. Accounts found to be fraudulent will be terminated and any accrued earnings will be forfeited.

6. Our obligations

  • Honor accrued balances: redemption opens at $10 once the redemption feature launches
  • Give 30 days notice before material changes to the revenue share percentage
  • Maintain a remote selector config so the extension keeps working when AI platforms update their UI. Selector updates are configuration data (CSS selector strings), not executable code.

7. Account termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@aidle.io. Closing your account does not forfeit earned revenue below the redemption threshold — it remains claimable for 12 months after closure, after which it is forfeited.

Aidle may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Termination for cause results in forfeiture of any accrued balance.

8. Uninstalling

You may stop using Aidle at any time by uninstalling the extension from Chrome. No further data will be collected after uninstall. Earned revenue remains claimable for 12 months after uninstall if you connect an account.

9. Disclaimers

  • The extension may stop working temporarily if an AI platform changes its page structure before we issue a patch
  • Third-party AI platforms may block or disable the extension at any time — Aidle is not liable for any consequences of that
  • Aidle may modify or discontinue the service with 30 days notice
  • Revenue share is calculated on net ad revenue after payment processing fees
  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aidle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost earnings, or data loss, arising from your use of the service.

Aidle's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total amount paid or earned by you in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (ii) $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aidle and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your violation of these terms; your misuse of the extension; or any claim by a third party related to your use of the service.

12. GDPR — EEA, UK & Swiss users

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under GDPR including: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.

Israel has been granted EU adequacy status; data transfers from the EEA to Aidle's Israeli operator are permitted without additional safeguards. To exercise any right, email support@aidle.io. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at support@aidle.io and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved this way.

14. Governing law

Laws of the State of Israel. Disputes resolved by courts in Tel Aviv.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

16. Changes to these terms

Material changes (especially to revenue share) require 30 days notice. Minor changes (typos, clarifications) take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
